Established in 1967 to distribute Cat® machinery and equipment throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Zahid Tractor's Construction Machinery Division (CMD) provides integrated construction machinery products and services to private and public sector clients. From new products, parts and services to used and rental equipment, Zahid's second-to-none customer-focused approach has been the driving force behind the company's significant growth since its inception.
Commercial Vehicles Division
Zahid Commercial Vehicles Division (CVD) is the exclusive distributor of Volvo Trucks, UD Trucks and Renault Trucks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The division additionally represents Volvo Buses and Higer Buses. CVD is customer focused and creates long-term partnerships with clients of all sizes in many sectors and has proven ability to deliver excellence in after sales and maintenance services. The company is an active participant in Vision2030; Develop local talent and help grow the non-oil and gas economy through significant investments.
Tasnee (Arab Vehicles and Trucks Industry Co. Ltd. (AVI)
Founded in 1998 as a joint venture between Zahid Group and Volvo Trucks, the Arab Vehicle and Truck Industry (AVI) assembles Volvo, Renault and UD trucks in the Kingdom. To meet the increasing demands, a state-of-the-art facility has been built on an area of 55,000 square meters in King Abdullah Economic City. It is the only factory in the world where Volvo, Renault and UD trucks are assembled on the same production line. The facility has a production capacity of 5,000 trucks annually in one shift.

The Energy Alternative Solutions Company (Energy) is a leading provider of comprehensive utility solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, implementing turnkey projects on demand in the fields of power generation, cooling, water and renewable energy throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through seven branches in strategic locations. The Energy Company was established in 2004 to meet the energy demands of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and within a decade, it had increased its fleet of mobile generators to more than 2 gigawatts.
