Precise climate control
read sea, using sunlight and salt water as primary resources, our systems provide 300 liters of fresh water per kg of product. We use salt water for evaporative cooling, liquid dryers for night cooling, as well as integrated solar and film fan systems for energy saving and electricity generation.

Red Sea farms have completed their integration with operational technologies
KAUST, Saudi Arabia, November 18, 2021: Red Sea Farms, AgTech whose unique technology enables commercial cultivation of products using saline, sustainable climate and sunlight control, has completed the integration of iyris, having acquired the company in the first quarter of 2021 .
The integration includes integrating patented solar and optics technology, and an advanced sensing and analytics system. The technologies are now operating at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology's Red Sea Farms Commercial Reference facilities, supporting the production of fruits and vegetables delivered to supermarkets in the Jeddah area.
These technologies will now be used at other sites, including the Red Sea Development Project following a recently announced partnership where Red Sea farms will become the main supplier of fresh produce. The high levels of interest will lead to the technology being deployed internationally to other extreme climates in the coming months.
