ULC was incorporated in 2015 as subsidiary of the Asyad Holding Group, and specializes in the marketing of a wide range of lubricants to consumers and industrial firms. In the same year, ULC signed an agreement with PETRONAS for the exclusive distributorship of its lubricants in Saudi Arabia, and commenced operations in 2016.
