MEPCO is one of the largest producers of paperboard in the Middle East, with a production capacity of half a million metric tons.
The company produces a variety of grades of CONTAINERBOARD (high performance fluting, test liner, semi-chemical fluting, kraft liner board, dual use and white test liner) along with other grades of synthetic paper (baseboard, plasterboard liner, and absorbent kraft) On three paper machines.
MEPCO's strategic location and proximity to the Jeddah seaport provide the company with the ability to deliver its products to a wide range of markets within a very short period of time. The company is mainly present in the Middle East, North and East Africa along with the Indian subcontinent and a few European markets.

MEPWHITE: The outer and inner layers of a carton box
Properties :
High brightness and white panel for high graphic printing.

MEPCORE: A multi-layer wall of chipboard and laminated adhesive forming a paper tube or core
Properties :
High ring bonding, stiffness and crushing properties provide stronger paper tubes.
High tensile strength insures high speed running capacity of the machine.
MEPGYPSUM: Layers of plasterboard glued to a gypsum core that form a wallboard
Properties :
High tensile strength ensures high flexural strength of the end plate.
MEPLAMINATE: used as a base paper for impregnation with phenolic resins in the manufacture of decorative laminates applied in the finishing of furniture surfaces
Properties :
Consistent, even and fast resin penetration.
Uniform direction of the fibers provides product stability and flat finishing surfaces.
